Reno in Melbourne, Botanic Gardens and trip to Daylesford

I haven’t updated my blog for such a long time that I don’t know where to start or what photos I should upload.  The longer I wait to post a new post the more difficult it is to come back.
I am again annoyed with myself as I really like my writing my blog as it is such a good way of putting my thoughts, memories and moments which are important to me on “paper”. Annoyingly the more things that happen in my life the less time I have for writing my posts and uploading my photos.
One of my New Year resolutions was to spend more time on my blog. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.
So here you go! My next five posts will be about things which happened quite a few months ago.
In November 2013 Reno and Wendy finally visited us in Melbourne.
Since we moved to Melbourne from London, Wendy has visited us already but this was Reno's first. Marcus and I were very excited to have them around. We had such a good family time together.

We went to the Botanic Gardens and had lots of walks with Misia who is adored by everybody. We went to Daylesford for a few days, where Lauren and Dave join us. Marcus, Reno and Wendy went to Philip Island and the Nobbies but unfortunately I had to work that day.

Docklands! Gosh I love this place. It always will be a very special place to me. We started a new chapter of our life in Dockland.

Our amazing apartment! It is the best place that I have lived in so far. It is so nice, modern and elegant but at the same time very cozy. Every time when we have guest's around I am actually proud to show them where I live, it’s a very nice feeling I have to admit.

And of course Misia the star of the day J

 The Nobbies Philip Island

Marcus's famous chilli crab, he always does it when he wants to impressed somebody J
We had many delicious meals togethere.

Daylesford day one. We took our bicycles with us but only managed to have an half hour ride...  J ha ha yeah I know I know J.

I loved this amazing veggie garden. It even had an automatic watering system. I was so impressed and I remembered that in the morning I woke up and I went for a walk in this garden and I thought too myself “one day Sylwia, one day you will have a veggie garden like this one” ha ha but more about this in my next posts.

Spring water. I love it J stay healthy right? J

Misia, as usual, was exhausted by the end of the day.

So Reno and Misia went to sleep. I know, I know dog in the bed!!! Well Misia is not a dog she is THE DOG J

I loved this little cottage and it had a fireplace as well. Two things which I have always dreamed about is a veggie garden and a fireplace. At this time it didn’t even cross my mind that … but shhh more about this in my next posts.

Back to Melbourne again.

Every time when Wendy is in Melbourne we go to the Botanic Garden. Wendy loves all kinds of flowers. As Reno said "since Wendy was a five year old girl she preferred to play with gardens rather than dolls."
